Since 2000, Rebecca Morton has been an integral team member of Cox Roofing. She’s known around the office as “The Glue,” her nickname she’s earned from all the hats she wears around the office as its 20-year veteran. The company is her second family, and she’s one of its leaders as an Office Manager.
The Office Manager, mother and travel addict shares what it means to be a part of the Cox Crew.
Q: “What are the three words to describe Cox Roofing?”
A: “Integrity, Craftsmanship and Family.”

Q: “What do you like most about the company?”
A: “Cox Roofing is a fun family atmosphere. I love that we’re a close family, even if we are not all related. We together are a Cox Roofing Family! I am pretty fortunate to be able to work for a small, family-owned business and not in the corporate world. I love my role and the people I work with on a daily basis.”

Q: “Best vacation you’ve ever been to?”
A: “Crater Lake, Oregon.”
Q: “What’s something about you that might surprise people?”
A: “As a kid growing up, my dad, Phil Cox, would ask me, “What do you want to do when you grow up?” I always said, “I want to work at Cox Roofing. Here I am on my 20th year and counting. I wouldn’t change it for a minute.”
Q: “What do you do for fun?”
A: “Anything outdoors. I love water and nature, spending time with my family. Road trips are the best.”
