Our roof inspectors have gone through years of training, and they know how to look for problems other roofing companies just won’t find. We can tell you when you need your roof replaced or when you just need a simple repair. We inspect the entire roof system, not just the shingles.
A day or two before we get to work, a supply company will load the roofing materials onto your roof using a boom truck. We tarp off all landscaping, grills, outdoor furniture, etc. to protect your belongings while we replace your roof.
We pull off your old roofing and haul it to a local recycling center in Springfield. We only remove sections of the roof we will replace the same day. We replace damaged areas of the roof as we come across them, including flashing, decking boards, and fasteners.
With your new roof in place, we clean up all of the leftover materials and roofing debris. We clean out the guttering and remove our tarps to ensure your property looks exactly like it did when we arrived. We even use a magnet to scan the ground and pick up loose nails. The final step: our project foreman does a thorough inspection of the roof and the entire property.
